Shawkat Khanum and her children are in despair and demand Muhammad Khan's return to his previous job in Kurdistan; a Majlis summary that notes she also demands her husband's seven months delinquent wage; and a letter from the Majlis to the Ministry of Justice asking for their attention.

Including 1- a petition by Rahil to Mushir al-Dawlah, regarding the murder of her husband, Haq Nazar, a Jewish doctor in Kurdistan. She claims the murderers were hired by Ishaq, another Jewish doctor; 2- a telegraph from Muhammad Yusuf from Kurdistan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, regarding the murder of Haq Nazar by Fattah, son of ‘Abd al-Rahman, Ma‘ruf, and another person -- all Ottoman nationals.
